The use of the electric oven confronts us with apprehensions, unforeseen events and specialized technical knowledge. It is a world unto itself.
 
In this Workshop you will learn about: 
Kiln Operation, Burning Curves, Pyrometric Cones and their Use, Function of the Automatic Controller, Protecting and Cleaning the Plates, Loading the Kiln for Biscuit and Enamel Burns, Burning for Sculptures, Matching the Temperature in the Burning, Special Care of the Kiln , Changing the Thermocouple, Minor Repairs, Cleaning Blasted Plates, Oven Failures and how to detect them.
 
You will NOT learn how to change resistors, install the oven or change the automatic controller.
 
Methodology: Course with three pre-recorded classes and a Live Zoom.  Advance at your own pace. Access to the course until May 2024.
